turned around and said to george zimmerman, what are you following me for? and george zimmerman said something to the effect, what are you doing in this neighborhood, what are you doing around here? and the scuffle started after that. and she didn't actually see it with her own eyes, she's claiming that trayvon martin was yelling get off me. and she believes george zimmerman is the one that started this. >> do people in the courtroom think this witness jeantel, she sort of claimed sides, a partisan witness, or did people get the sense she was objectively reported what she saw, or heard? >> you know, she -- it goes back and forth. trying to protect the words that trayvon was saying, like creepy ass cracker and using an "n" word, she didn't want to use those words in front of his mother when she was giving a deposition in his mother's house in front of his mother.

come up with evidence of criminal wrongdoing, that's the appropriate time to turn it over to authorities and have a special prosecutor. i don't want to preempt an investigation. we want to show the constituents, people of this country, what happen, and to have trancepartisancy. we tonight want to sweep it off the table. we want to get to the bottom of it. we don't want to delegate the constitutional authority to the executive branch. when we find criminal activity, we hahn it off to them. >> when will it be done? >> it will be months. we are still getting data. gigabyte of information. you don't want to put a timeline on it. we don't have all of the evidence and data we're looking for. >> the american people are not

inspector general at least no, doubt that tea party groups were more lukely to be scrutinized. >> did any of the liberal groups get the heavier scrutiny? >> we're seeing in the last few days, more coming forward, yes, we got lots of these, you know, lengthy questionnaires, that sort of thing. but most of the evidence points to groups on the right being more likely to get that. >> the source of that conclusion is the inspector general? >> yes. >> any reason to believe he would have a reason to be biased in favor of one group or the other? >> at the hearing, some folks noted he was a george bush apointee. what folks are saying, not necessarily saying he would be biased, but this audit is flawed. liberals in congress saying this audit is flawed and allowed the gop to do is politicize this and

make a nod toward the white house in ways that wouldn't have been able to happen if this audit wasn't filled out and found these sorts of things when it came out. >> the inspector general's report was flawed. did they say how specifically? >> so what the inspector general's letter today or yesterday actually said, yes, there were these sort of small number of groups on the left that were targeted that did get the extra scrutiny, had the chance to say that before, before on the hill, has not said that. and also -- >> but is there a flaw in his audit? democrats are saying the inspector general's audit is flawed, did they say how it was flawed? >> they are saying there was information he had that these groups on the left, on the lookout list that has been a big -- you know, part of this. these groups on the left were targeted perhaps in small numbers, but were targeted, and
